Augustus Barnnet Anderson
Founder/Managing Director
Augustus Barnnet Anderson is an entrepreneur and a PhD candidate in information systems with Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Management Information Systems and bachelor’s degree in Information studies and linguistics from University of Ghana. He is a lecturer at Bluecrest University and an adjunct lecturer in Wisconsin University, Ghana.
Anderson’s consultancy and research experience is centred on content development, digital economy- creating value online, green information technology, e-learning, and online evaluation in educational institutions. In 2016, he consulted for University of Ghana Technology Development and Transfer Centre to aid in developing digital content to profile the state of industry (Horticulture, livestock, Information Communication Technology) in using technology to enhance their activities in Ghana.
Anderson also consulted on online content development for USAID’s Young Africans Leadership Initiative (YALI), West Africa Regional Leadership Centre. Where he aided in producing interactive digital content for the project. After his MPhil, Anderson worked as a research assistant for the University of Ghana – Building Stronger Universities (UG-BSU) on E-Learning and Problem Based-Learning sponsored by Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA).
Janice Osei-Essah
CEO/Co- Founder
Janice Osei -Essah, CEO of Andcorp Auto holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Theatre Arts. She has six years working experience in Public Relations, Developing strategic PR Campaigns, Events and Project Management. Her work with companies like Andcorp Ghana limited, Centre for Education and Inter cultural Communication (CEDIC), Strategic Communication Africa Limited and Mahogany Consult; occupying various roles has built her up in the field of strategic management.
Her desire to be a communicator for development, to add value and contribute to the development of her society is her underlying personal and work principle. She aims to use effective communication to change wills, educate and inform people, manage situations and solve issues.
Her will to solve and manage situations is a driving factor for managing Ancorp Autos and to help build the company to its desired vision of being the number one on-demand auto importer in West Africa and beyond.
Nadine Osei-Essah
Operations and Organizational Safety Manager
Nadine Osei – Essah is an enthusiastic and goal driven professional with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
She is the Operations Manager in charge of inbound and outbound logistics; and supply chain activities relating to auto importation of clean and salvage cars on demand for middle-income families.
Nadine holds a bachelor’s degree in Earth Science and an MPHil degree in Environmental Science. has a lot of experience doing voluntary works with organizations such as the International Youth Fellowship, STL Amandi Foundation and as a YALI Recruiter.
Prior to joining Andcorp Autos, Nadine was a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Earth Science, University of Ghana.
Nadine is experienced, practical and value driven.
Frederick Edem Broni
Chief Information Technology Officer
Mr. Fredrick Broni Jnr holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Management and currently an MPHIl candidate in Management Information Systems. He has worked both as a freelance web developer and designer, collaborating with several graphic designers in Accra, with clients in Ghana and Cameroon. Mr Broni has a keen understanding of wireframes, sitemaps and user experience design which he employs in every project undertaken.
Mr Broni’s experience spans from a multitude of web based projects for various clients providing Web Design (Photoshop & Illustrator) and Development (PHP, HTML, CSS, Python & Django, JS, Angular, jQuery, WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce, Bootstrap, Responsive Layouts, etc), eCommerce Solutions and Corporate Branding.
Mr. Broni is also the founder and CEO of Bronsoft Tech, a technology company in Ghana, in charge of all Andcorp Ghana’s website development and servicing. He is equipped with project and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate with team members and clients while effectively meeting milestones and deadlines.
